OUR CLASSES

At Taejo Kickboxing, we believe that fitness is key to a happy and healthy life, and we invite you to experience our classes that offer fun and intense full-body workouts for all ages.

KICKBOXING

Monday, Wednesday, Friday -  7am, 10am, 3pm, 7:00pm

Tuesday, Thursday - 7:00pm

Saturday- 10am

These one-hour classes offer a full-body workout that will help to get you into the best shape of your life. Whether you're looking to burn fat, tone up, or learn a new martial art, our kickboxing classes are a great fit for all skill levels. Classes typically include 10-15 minutes of warm-ups, 30-40 minutes of punching and kicking combinations, and 5-10 minutes of cooldowns and core workouts.

Beginner Kickboxing 

Monday-Friday- 6:00pm

First time trying kickboxing? This is the class for you. We go over all the fundamentals and basics of kickboxing while getting a great work out in!

We recommend taking at least 2 weeks of these classes before jumping into a regular class.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Tuesday & Thursday - 10am, 3pm

The weight-training offered in our strength and conditioning classes are a perfect complement to the cardio workout in our kickboxing classes. Classes typically include 15 minutes of stretching and warm-ups, 10-15 minutes of weight-lifting, 15-25 minutes of circuit-training, and 5-10 minutes of cooldown.

KID'S KICKBOXING PROGRAM

Our custom kids kickboxing program offers a more structured version of our kickboxing classes, emphasizing the importance of discipline and following instructions. Students are taught through a step by step curriculum that not only teaches them kickboxing but also builds confidence, self-esteem, and healthy habits. The kids program is available for kids ages 7-13.

ADULT SPARRING 

For our more advanced membersSparring is a great way to test out you're skills and challenge yourself. We require that you have a mouthpiece and cup (if male). 

PERSONAL TRAINING

Monday-Saturday By Appointment Only

Personal training is the fastest way to reach your fitness goals, whether it's losing weight, staying in shape, or learning kickboxing. These one-hour sessions can be tailored to your fitness needs and offer flexible scheduling to fit your busy schedule. They are a great way to supplement your gym membership to master the basics or to mix it up and learn more advanced kickboxing techniques.
