Social Media & Filming Policy
Taejo welcomes members who enjoy sharing their training experiences on social media. To protect our members, staff, training environment, and brand, the following filming policy applies to all members, guests, and visitors.
Personal Filming
Personal filming is permitted only with prior approval from Taejo management. Filming must not interfere with classes, private training sessions, coaches, staff, or other members.
Other Members & Staff
Do not intentionally record or publish identifiable images or video of other members, coaches, or staff without their permission.
Social Media & Commercial Content
Any filming intended for social media, promotional, influencer, sponsored, commercial, or professional content requires advance approval from Taejo management. This includes the use of professional cameras, tripods, lighting, production equipment, or filming crews.
Taejo Name & Branding
Permission to film at Taejo does not automatically grant permission to use the Taejo name, logo, signage, or other Taejo branding. Filming at Taejo does not imply that Taejo endorses, sponsors, partners with, or is affiliated with the individual, their content, views, products, services, or public persona.
Additional Fees
Additional fees may apply to approved commercial, promotional, influencer, or professional filming. Any applicable fee will be communicated separately based on the scope and nature of the filming. Payment of any filming fee does not guarantee filming approval.
Management Approval
Taejo management reserves the right to approve, restrict, or deny filming based on operational needs, privacy, safety, branding, or other legitimate business considerations. Members and guests must follow all instructions from Taejo staff regarding filming.
By entering or using the Taejo facility, members and guests agree to comply with this policy.
