To ensure a great experience for every athlete, please review our policies before attending class.

Booking Policy

To keep training quality high, all classes must be booked in advance through the Glofox app.

Late Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before your class starts. You can cancel anytime through the Glofox app.

No-Show Policy

Missing a booked class without cancelling results in a $10 no-show fee. No exceptions.

Bookings & Purchases

All classes and purchases are booked through Glofox. All sales are final: memberships and class packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be prorated.

Membership Pause Policy

Members may pause their membership up to 2 times per year, for up to 30 days each time. A $10 fee applies per pause request.

Commitment Plan Cancellation & Renewal

6-month and 12-month commitment plans renew automatically at the end of each term for the same length, unless canceled in advance. Canceling before your term ends incurs a $300 early cancellation fee.

Zero Tolerance Policy

We have zero tolerance for abusive behavior, harassment, discrimination, or disrespect toward our coaches or community. TAEJO Kickboxing reserves the right to refuse service or terminate membership at its discretion.
